With Design Freedom, Ontera Modular Carpets gave interior designers an unprecedented level of control over pattern, colour and design in carpeted flooring. Ontera planned a campaign to launch Design Freedom and asked Orion to be the creative force behind it.
We worked with Ontera to develop the idea at the centre of the campaign. We chose to put the interior designer – the target client – at the centre of the message. Her action of splashing colour across the room would be symbolic of the ‘design freedom’ offered by the product. Our model was to be at the centre of the magazine ads, posters, flash ads and Facebook branding.
Once our model was chosen, we spent a day in the studio capturing stills and video to be used as the raw ingredients for the campaign.
