The Brief

The client wanted to market a new residential subdivision in South West Sydney and Orion provided a wide range of expertise to meet their requirements, leading up to the launch in February 2019. The launch project included naming development and tweaking of their new logo, as well as writing and designing marketing collateral. Digital marketing and social media posts were created to target prospects, and a stand-alone microsite was built for the new development.

Helping sell property by marketing dream futures

The team at Orion started by coming up with an appealing name for the development based on a brief from the client that included important information on the history of this parcel of land. The client specified the name must include the surname ‘Rohan’, and from a list of over a dozen alternatives presented to the client, ‘Rohan’s Run’ was chosen. The logo was then finalised.

Marketing collateral was written by our copywriting and content crew and subsequently designed and produced by our talented designweb developmentphotography and video production team. A landing page, stage plan, 8-panel brochure and outdoor all-weather signage was created, plus social media posts and email campaigns implemented to promote this new release.

Orion produced a range of videos and photography across various locations close to the development. Our post-production video team edited the clips together, added on-screen text and laid down a vibrant background music track, to create an engaging 60-second promotional video.
