Direct Pool Supplies (DPS) came to us looking for change. Their existing brand felt too industrial — more chemical warehouse than lifestyle brand. They wanted to connect with customers on an emotional level and stand out in a market that’s often more practical than aspirational.
The brief
Direct Pool Supplies wanted a brand that felt more lifestyle-led and emotionally resonant—a shift away from their previous warehouse-style, chemical focused image. Furthermore, there was a need to address brand confusion stemming from acquisitions of various businesses, which resulted in customers being unclear about who they were dealing with.
The goal was to better connect with modern consumers and focus more on the positive, fun aspects of owning a pool, rather than the upkeep side, encapsulated by their new tagline: “Live your best pool life.”
Our Approach
We created a new identity centred around lifestyle, with soft sunset tones, ripple-inspired forms, and clean, confident typography.
From there, we rolled out the refreshed brand across signage, uniforms, vehicle wraps, letterbox campaigns and more, ensuring every touchpoint reflected the same sense of warmth, quality and consistency.

The rebrand gave Direct Pool Supplies a refreshed identity that feels more considered, more cohesive, and more aligned with the lifestyle their customers are looking for.
