Building a beautiful brochure for Elderton Homes
Elderton Homes has grown in size and reputation over the past 9 years, and is renowned for creating multi-award winning houses throughout Sydney, the Central Coast, the Hunter Valley and the Illawarra regions. The brief
Elderton Homes wanted to promote their new Knock Down Rebuild (KDR) proposition and walk-in studio on Sydney’s North Shore, with a glossy new brochure to be distributed both digitally and in print. The brochure needed to reflect the brand’s sophisticated and contemporary style with an impressive design and engaging content that was informative, persuasive and in keeping with their tone.
The solution
An Orion Content Producer established a direct line of communication with the contact for this project at Elderton Homes, to agree on the job parameters as Orion Creative was working to a very tight timeline. This meant key messaging was clear from the very beginning. The Orion copywriter on this job conducted their own research to get an overall understanding of the Knock Down Rebuild sector and quickly got busy doing what they do best – constructing compelling copy.
Wording was tweaked, finalised and approved, and then one of Orion’s graphic designers got cracking on assembling the 12-page brochure. Communicating Elderton Homes’ 5-step KDR process was a key piece to the brochure, and this was demonstrated with a seamless and inviting graphic treatment. Incorporating images that showcase the company’s stunning homes and the new KDR Studio completed the picture, with the designer creating a look consistent with Elderton Homes’ personality and style.
The response
