A PREMIUM brand for new high-end builder, Nuhaven
Nuhaven Homes is an Australian-owned, luxury residential building company based in Sydney. They set themselves apart by making handcrafted, luxury homes and were looking for a brand look and feel that honoured their values.
The Brief
Nuhaven Homes approached Orion Creative to brand their new luxury home company from the ground up. After undertaking a discovery session, the agency put together a comprehensive marketing strategy and then got stuck into designing a sophisticated look and feel for the new company. Once the brand was established, Orion was also tasked with producing a new website, as well as a ‘Build Your Home’ interactive interface.
Orion Creative adopted a partnership approach with Nuhaven from day one. We crafted their logo and created their branding from scratch, including formulating a branding guidelines document, along with designing a large range of corporate and marketing collateral.
Our scope of work on this branding communications and development project included:
- Marketing strategy development and a branding guidelines manual.
- Logo design and graphic design across stationery including business cards, letterheads and presentation folders.
- Design and copywriting of brochures and other marketing collateral.
- Signage design and production – A-frames and fence meshes.
- Concept development for a line of branded clothing.
- Web design and development to rejuvenate their existing website.
- Creation of a Build Your Home digital interface.
Bespoke UI Digital Interface
A key component of the project was designing and developing an exciting new Build-Your-Home UI digital user interface, that would allow site visitors as well as visitors to the sales office, to be able to customise a wide range of design features and building options and see how it would look within seconds. It’s a behemoth – spanning seven steps with hundreds of possible combinations. Orion’s designers and developers always enjoy a challenge and delivered a truly cutting-edge result. The Nuhaven management team was impressed with every element delivered.
